1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you, as a customer ("Customer"), place an order with Pause Nordic (marketing name), operated by Pureflow Ventures, registered under organization number 559338-5635, via www.pausenordic.com.

1.2 By placing an order, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms.

1.3 Pause Nordic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on www.pausenordic.com and are effective from the date of publication.

1.4 Pause Nordic only sells and ships products within Europe.

2. Orders

2.1 Orders can be placed by Customers of all ages. Minors should ensure that they have parental or guardian consent before purchasing.

2.2 Upon receiving an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

2.3 Pause Nordic reserves the right to cancel an order if the products are out of stock or in case of a pricing error.

2.4 Orders are only accepted from and shipped to addresses within Nordics.

2.5 For countries outside the Nordics, pleace contact customer support on hello@pausenordic.com

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are stated in [EUR] and include VAT.

3.2 Payment can be made via [VISA,MASTERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS,MAESTRO,KLARNA].

3.3 Any shipping costs will be added and shown at checkout.

3.4 In case of promotional offers or discounts, these are valid for the specified period or while stocks last.

4. Delivery

4.1 The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Pause Nordic is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

4.3 The Customer will receive a notification with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

4.4 Delivery is only available to addresses within Europe.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

5.2 The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

5.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Pause Nordic at hello@pausenordic.com or +46(0)705973207 before returning the product.

5.4 The Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost in case of a withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Returns

6.1 If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within 7 days.

6.2 To file a complaint, the Customer must contact Pause Nordic at hello@pausenordic.com or +46(0)705973207 with a detailed description of the defect or damage.

6.3 Upon a valid complaint, Pause Nordic will reimburse the Customer for the return shipping cost and provide a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the Customer's preference.

6.4 Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

7. Personal Data

7.1 Pause Nordic processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2 By placing an order, the Customer agrees that Pause Nordic stores and uses their personal data to fulfill its obligations towards the Customer and for communication purposes.

7.3 The Customer has the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data. Requests should be sent to hello@pausenordic.com.

8. Liability

8.1 Pause Nordic is not liable for indirect damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or business interruption.

8.2 Pause Nordic is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

8.3 The maximum liability of Pause Nordic for any claim related to the purchase of products is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Pause Nordic is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and labor disputes.

10. Disputes

10.1 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

10.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in a Swedish court, with [Stockholm] District Court as the first instance.
