Boil water and let it cool slightly. Use one teaspoon Calming Tea Blend per cup. Allow the tea to steep for 7-10 minutes. Sip slowly, letting the calming effects of the herbs wash over you. This tea is perfect for enjoying any time you need to relax and find balance.

All the herbs in our Calming Herbal Tea are grown in Finland which is the land with the cleanest air and water, mostnutritious soil, midsummer light and frozen winters that provide our ingredients with the best possible environment to grow. The ingredients are either collected directly from nature or grown with natural only grown techniques. This means no artificial chemicals, herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers are used.
The herbs are treated and processed to keep the essential oils and fundamentals and fundamentals of the herbs intact. This means drying them at low temperatures, below 40 degrees celsius, and storing them in light and moisture proof containers. Any part that doesn’t serve a purpose are removed to leave behind only the most important and valuable parts of the plants.
